ReportSpecial Lecture by Professor John-Christopher Spender
On Friday, February 15th, 2019, IUJ hosted a Graduate School of International Managemnet (GSIM) special lecture by well-known strategist John-Christopher Spender, a Research Professor from the University of Kozminski in Poland.
The topic of the lecture was "How strategy fits with entrepreneurship and ethics". Mr. Spender overviewed the classical tools of strategy such as SWOT and 5 forces, and explained the detail of his "dynamic strategy" model from the viewpoint of entrepreneurial management. He also emphasized on the importance of creating a unique managerial language in businesses.
